Roasted squid with spicy garlic
Introduction:
"Children love to eat takeout Teppanyaki, but the safety issue is really worrying. It's as delicious as roast squid. It's better than Teppanyaki. You don't need too much seasoning. A bag of chili sauce will solve the problem. "
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the squid and remove the red coat.
Step 2: Chop half garlic and use a bag of chili sauce. Here, you can use your favorite taste of chili sauce. If I have this kind of chili sauce in my family, I will use it casually.
Step 3: mix the chili sauce and minced garlic. The first generation of chili sauce is 100g. I used 60g.
Step 4: spread the squid on the baking plate and coat it with minced garlic and chili sauce. Cut two sides of each squid with scissors to prevent excessive curling during baking.
Step 5: put in the middle layer of oven and bake at 200 ℃ for 12 minutes
