Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel the grapefruit and tear the pulp into small pieces
Step 2: peel the mango and take out the pulp
Step 3: put the sago into the pot, add cool water and cook until transparent
Step 4: soak the cooked sago in purified water
Step 5: add sugar to milk and coconut milk, cook over low heat until sugar melts.
Step 6: put the mango meat into the cooking machine and mash it
Step 7: mix coconut milk and mango puree evenly.
Step 8: put the right amount of sago into the bowl and add the mixed liquid
Step 9: decorate the surface with grapefruit pulp.

Coconut milk: 250g
Simmy: 50g
Sugar: right amount
Half grapefruit: moderate
Note: there are many ways to cook sago. I use the one-time cooking method to make it transparent. I can choose how to cook sago according to my habits. The amount of mango depends on personal preference.
