Stewed spareribs with kelp
Introduction:
"Kelp is a good iodine supplement. It's good quality and cheap. It's cooked together with ribs to supplement iodine and calcium."
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the ribs, wash and control the water.
Step 2: wash kelp and cut into pieces.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan and add the spareribs.
Step 4: stir fry until the ribs change color.
Step 5: add scallion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: add soy sauce and meijixian and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7: add water, star anise, cinnamon, salt and sugar, stir well.
Step 8: bring to a boil and simmer for 50 minutes.
Step 9: add kelp, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Star anise: 3G

Soy sauce: 5ml
Meijixian: 10ml
White granulated sugar: 5g
Water: moderate
Salt: right amount
Peanut oil: 30ml
Note: add enough water at one time.
