Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: all ingredients are ready.

Step 2: tear off the viscera and gills of Qingzhan fish, clean and drain the water.

Step 3: put the fish on the plate and spread a layer of salt evenly on the fish body and belly.

Step 4: add shredded ginger, garlic, quarter teaspoon vinegar, half teaspoon cooking wine, half teaspoon steamed fish drum oil, one teaspoon oyster sauce and one fourth teaspoon sesame oil.

Step 5: spread the seasoning evenly on the fish and marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Step 6: put the marinated fish on the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Step 7: while steaming the fish, shred the green onion and pepper.

Step 8: put shredded pepper and scallion into the steamed fish plate, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve it out.

Pepper: half of it

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Oyster sauce: right amount

Note: 1, the fish body does not scratch knife, so the curing time should be longer, in order to taste.
