Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing
Step 2: wash the Sydney and clean the head and tail. Break off the yellow root of Tremella fuciformis. Put the broken Tremella in a thicker plastic bag and roll it with a rolling pin (it's OK to roll it on a dry cutting board without a bag)
Step 3: roll out the broken tremella and wash it in a very dense small fence
Step 4: peel the pear (don't throw the peel for standby), cut the dice, and don't throw the stone (with nutritional value)
Step 5: put the rinsed broken tremella, diced pear, pear core and pear peel into a stainless steel small pot, add water (my small pot is 9cm high and 19cm in diameter, full of water), bring to a boil, plug in the electric sand pot and preheat it for standby
Step 6: pour all the things in the small pot into the preheated electric casserole, then add rock sugar (right amount, not sweet enough in the middle), put a pinch of medlar, and turn the electric casserole to high heat for 3 to 4 hours, OK!
