Materials required:
Pig's feet: half a pig
Dried snow beans: 250g
Ginger: 2 tablets
Cooking wine: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Salt: right amount
Note: [pig's hoof deodorization method] 1. Pig's hoof is boiled in cold water, which is easier to remove blood and fishy smell. 2. When blanching, add ginger slices and a teaspoon of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell of pig feet. 3. Don't cover the pot when blanching the pig's hooves, which can give off the fishy smell of pig's hooves. [how to remove the hair of pig's hoof more easily] after blanching, the hair of pig's hoof can be removed better and more thoroughly than before. Because before blanching, some hairs are inside the skin, and only after blanching can the hairs penetrate out of the skin.
