Taro beer duck

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: chop the duck leg into small pieces and set aside the onion and ginger.

Step 2: peel and wash taro.

Step 3: blanch the duck legs in boiling water for about 2 minutes and remove. A small amount of oil in the pot, add onion and ginger, stir fry duck leg for about half a minute, pour in beer, soy sauce and sugar.

Step 4: pour in taro, bring to a boil, turn to low heat, simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 5: turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes, then turn to the high heat, add salt and collect the soup.

Step 6: out of the pot!!

Scallion: 8g

Ginger: 5g

Note: 1. I did not add a drop of water, are put the beer, so the duck is more tender and smooth. 2. You can add some rock sugar, the color will be brighter. 3. Oil must be put less, duck stew will produce a lot of oil. 4. Salt should be put in late.
