Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: remove the stalks of Lentinus edodes and wash them. Cut the cross flower on them.

Step 2: heat hot water in the pan, add mushrooms and blanch thoroughly.

Step 3: slice onion and ginger and soak them in water.

Step 4: heat the oil in the pan and add appropriate amount of water. (chicken soup is best)

Step 5: add mushrooms.

Step 6: add salt, chicken essence, sugar, soy sauce, onion and ginger water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat.

Step 7: about 15 minutes, until the soup is finished, pour in sesame oil and leave the pot.

Soy sauce: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Sesame oil: right amount
