Production steps:

Step 1: wash the snail and lion, change the water, pour in a drop of sesame oil and a small amount of salt for one day, let the snail and lion spit out the sediment, then wash and cut off the tail for standby. Step 2: pour 1 tbsp oil into oil pan and saute ginger, garlic and pepper.
