Stewed clams with Papaya

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the clams.
Step 2: prepare the papaya.
Step 3: soak the clam in water, change the water several times in the middle, and clean the dirt.
Step 4: soak for about 3-5 hours. When the clam turns into cotton, remove the fascia and blood.
Step 5: cut papaya from one side.
Step 6: dig the papaya meat into a bowl with a spoon.
Step 7: remove the black seeds from papaya.
Step 8: put the soaked snow clam into the papaya cup, and add some rock sugar.
Step 9: close the lid.
Step 10: put the papaya cup into the pot, slowly add water until it is less than half of the papaya cup, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.

Rock sugar: right amount
Note: in general, snow clams are soaked in clean water and changed several times. In winter, it is usually soaked overnight until the next day. In summer, the time is relatively short. It can be soaked for four or five hours. After soaking into a white cotton ball, pick up the curly intestines or white solid small pieces, and use small tweezers to pick up the fascia and blood. In this way, the processed snow clam has no fishy smell.
