Production steps:

Step 1: prepare Luffa.

Step 2: wash the Agrocybe aegerita and set aside.

Step 3: peel the loofah.

Step 4: slice Luffa.

Step 5: slice pork and set aside.

Step 6: heat the pot, stir fry the pork, add salt and cooking wine.
