Production steps:
Step 1: separate the protein from the yolk.
Step 2: add a small amount of salt, chicken essence and boiling water to disperse. (generally 1:1)
Step 3: boil water in a pot, add in the protein and steam first.
Step 4: when the protein is half set, slowly pour the egg yolk along one side of the bowl.
Step 5: take the yolk of salted duck egg, peel the preserved egg and cut it into four pieces.
Step 6: when the egg liquid is slightly solidified, place the salted yolk and preserved eggs on the semi solidified egg liquid carefully one by one.
Step 7: continue steaming until the egg is completely solidified. Do not lift the lid immediately after turning off the heat and keep it for two or three minutes.
Step 8: also sprinkle some delicious, sesame oil, onion and other favorite seasonings.
