Tomato and vegetable soup

Tomato and vegetable soup

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the required raw materials.

Step 2: soak the tomato in boiling water, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Rinse the beef and cut it into small pieces or strips.

Step 3: soak and wash the rest of the vegetables, and cut them into shreds and strips respectively. Ginger and red pepper are also cut into small sections. Onion is diced (I forgot to pat onion here) for use.

Step 4: pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan, stir the beef out of the water, pick up and put it in the colander, and set aside.

Step 5: pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the pot again, add onion, ginger and red pepper to stir fry (if you have children at home, don't use red pepper).

Step 6: pour in tomato and shredded Chinese cabbage and stir until soft.

Step 7: pour in shredded carrot and parsley, continue to stir fry for a while.

Step 8: pour in the potato chips and stir until the vegetables are soft and moist.

Step 9: pour in diced beef and continue to stir well.

Step 10: stir fry all the ingredients, pour them into the earthen pot of soup, and pour in 1200 ml of boiling water.

Step 11: cover, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 2.5 hours (stir several times to prevent potatoes from sticking to the bottom of the pot).

Step 12: after 2.5 hours, pour in ketchup, stir well, continue to simmer for 30 minutes, and eat without salt.

Materials required:

Tomatoes: 6

Parsley: 2

Chinese cabbage: 12-15 pieces

Beef: 300g

Carrot: Half Root

Potatoes: 1

Onion: 1

Ginger: a small piece

Red pepper: 2-3

Boiled water: 1200ml

Ketchup: 160g

Note: 1. Stir fry the material with oil and add boiling water to make it soft. The taste is much stronger than that with water directly. Moreover, the lycopene of the tomato stir fried with oil is easy to be absorbed by human body. 2. The soup is darker than the photo and looks more appetizing.

Production difficulty: ordinary
