Introduction:

"From time to time, the East Basin pumpkin to change the enthusiasm of relatives and friends, is to change a stick."

Production steps:

Step 1: cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam them

Step 2: scrape the steamed pumpkin mud and set aside. Mix the glutinous rice flour, flour and corn flour and set aside

Step 3: add the mixed powder into the pumpkin paste and knead well to form a dough

Step 4: take a small piece of dough and round it

Step 5: the shape of the dining knife (the flat handle is also easy to use)

Step 6: knead a little more dough to make a pedicel

Step 7: brush oil on the steaming rack, put the pumpkin in the pot with cold water, turn to medium heat after boiling, and steam for about 20 minutes

Step 8: the fragrant flower pumpkin comes out of the pot, and the color will be darker when it is cooled slightly. The pumpkin is hot, soft and waxy, and tastes more tenacious when it is cooled

Materials required:

Pumpkin puree: 400g

Glutinous rice flour: 200g

Flour: 200g

Corn flour: 200g

Note: 1. At first, corn flour was added to make relatives eat coarse grains. Later, it was found that the coloring effect was very good after adding corn flour, so every time I made a small pumpkin, I would add it (the golden color is pure natural and there is no pigment added). 2. The amount of water added in the dough mainly depends on the dough kneading. If the pumpkin has a large amount of water, it will be watery If the water content of pumpkin is not large, you should add some water as appropriate. 3. You don't need saccharin to make snacks at home. You use white sugar. If the amount of powder is large, you need a lot of sugar to have sweet taste. If the amount of sugar is large, you will worry about it. So I don't usually add sugar. Pumpkin also has a light sweet taste, so the taste of this snack is relatively light. If the family likes to eat sweet, then consider adding some sugar
