Materials required:
Old tofu: right amount
Cooked pork: moderate
Pepper: right amount
Laoganma chili sauce: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Note: I use all the leftover materials during the Dragon Boat Festival. Pork is used for worship that day. If it is not cooked, it can be replaced by minced pork. Tofu is also used for worship that day, so there is something painted a little orange on it. This is our custom here. Old Ganma has salty taste, plus raw soy sauce, so there is no need to add salt.
Production difficulty: ordinary
Technology: stir fry
Production time: half an hour
Taste: medium spicy
