Xiangnong walnut juice
Introduction:
"This walnut dew is a drink ordered when I go to a restaurant for dinner. My daughter says it's delicious. I read the ingredients list. It's very simple and healthy. So I often make it to drink. Because there are grains in it, it's not very easy to filter. You can beat the raw ones and then cook them, or you can steam them and then beat them. "
Production steps:
Step 1: put 3 tbsp (50g) buckwheat and 3 tbsp brown rice into a bowl, wash and soak in water.
Step 2: steam the soaked coarse cereals in a pressure cooker and turn to low heat for about 10 minutes,
Step 3: bake the walnuts and peanuts in the microwave oven or oven (the peanuts I use are peeled from the cooked peanuts sold outside).
Step 4: put all the ingredients into the cooking machine, add 1000ml warm boiled water, make a paste, and then add sugar according to your taste. (if it's raw, put the soaked coarse cereals into the cooking machine, add appropriate amount of water and beat them into a paste, then take a pot, add water and bring to a boil, and then pour the batter into the pot slowly like thickening, stirring while pouring and boiling.).
