Production steps:
Step 1: high gluten flour, milk powder, eggs, sugar, dry yeast, salt, butter, water, homemade pineapple jam.
Step 2: put yeast powder, salt, milk powder and sugar into the flour, mix well, then add eggs, mix the flour and dough with water.
Step 3: knead the dough well by hand.
Step 4: cut the butter into small pieces and put it on the combined dough. Stretch the dough diagonally and wrap the butter. Then fold and knead the dough back and forth in the basin. Knead the dough while folding. This method is the back oil kneading method until the dough is kneaded until the oil surface is basically mixed.
Step 5: put the dough on the chopping board, hold one end of the dough by hand and beat it repeatedly, folding and kneading at the same time.
Step 6: until the dough is kneaded and broken out of gluten, this is the so-called complete stage.
