Pepper and scallion oil cake

Production steps:
Step 1: mix noodles with cold water, which is often called "dead noodles".
Step 2: chop the scallion and set aside.
Step 3: add oil into the pot, add pepper and heat slowly, then burn pepper oil.

Step 5: roll the pepper into pieces and pour it on the scallion. If you don't like the taste, you can skip this step.
Step 6: add a little salt to the scallion bowl and mix with monosodium glutamate (if not enough, add peanut oil directly to the bowl without heating).
Step 7: cut the dough evenly according to the size you want to make.
Step 8: roll it into a flour cake. The bigger this time, the better.
Step 9: Brush onion oil evenly on the cake.
Step 10: roll up the dough.
Step 11: after all rolled up, hold both ends in both hands and twist them in different directions.
Step 12: then set it up again.
Step 13: make it all the same, and put it aside to taste.
Step 14: take a dough and roll it into a cake again. This time, the size of the cake depends on the size of the pan.
Step 15: add a little oil into the pan (we fry, not fry, don't use too much oil), put in the flour cake and fry until both sides are golden.
