Crispy little twist
Introduction:
"In this warm spring season, I take my children out every weekend to feel the wonderful spring. Every time I go out, I worry about what to eat and drink. My mother-in-law said that the Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon. She wants to eat Mahua. It's better to make some Mahua by herself. I'll do it as soon as I say, so I'm as busy as a bee. "
Production steps:
Step 1: mix noodles, 2 bowls of flour; 4 spoonfuls of sugar, melt in boiling water, wait until the water temperature is about 30 ℃, add yeast powder and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour the water into the flour several times, and then start mixing.
Step 2: make a dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, put it on 30 ℃ warm water and start to make noodles. Wait for about 1 hour, then add dry flour and continue to make noodles.
Step 3: roll the blended flour into a big cake. The thickness is about 5mm.
Step 4: slice the cake into strips with a knife.
Step 5: rub the noodles into long strips and fold them in half from the middle. The noodles will be rolled into a twist shape and one end will be pinched down, so that one end will not be easy to open when frying.
