Dry-Fried Green Beans with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetables

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the pork into small pieces, put it into a bowl and marinate with cooking wine and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Step 2: wash the kidney beans, control the water and break them into sections by hand.
Step 3: slice ginger and cut garlic seedling into small segments (to replace garlic).
Step 4: put more oil in the pot and stir fry the beans after the oil is hot.
Step 5: stir fry over low heat, turn frequently, fry until both sides wrinkle, and then serve.
Step 6: leave a proper amount of oil in the pot, put ginger slices, saute and stir fry the meat.
Step 7: stir fry until the meat changes color, pour in the right amount of cooking wine and soy sauce, and put the kidney beans.
Step 8: stir fry for a while, add garlic segment, add appropriate amount of salt seasoning, stir fry evenly out of the pot.
