BBQ Pork Pastry
Introduction:
"Since the last time I had barbecued pork pastry in Chinatown, Chicago, I couldn't forget it, so I bought a bottle of barbecued pork sauce and came back to make it myself."
Production steps:
Step 1: all kinds of raw materials first light up.
Step 2: cut the pork into strips (what I bought is cut), add 50g of barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate for about 2 hours.
Step 3: put the marinated pork in the baking pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 22: after each one is kneaded, put it into the baking tray and brush the surface with egg liquid.
Step 23: Sprinkle sesame seeds again, put them in the oven, bake at 400 ℃ for 20 minutes, turn them over in the middle, and heat them evenly.
