Introduction:

"Since the last time I had barbecued pork pastry in Chinatown, Chicago, I couldn't forget it, so I bought a bottle of barbecued pork sauce and came back to make it myself."

Production steps:

Step 1: all kinds of raw materials first light up.

Step 2: cut the pork into strips (what I bought is cut), add 50g of barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate for about 2 hours.

Step 3: put the marinated pork in the baking pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 4: while roasting the pork, soften the butter, which can be done in 30 seconds with the help of microwave oven.

Step 5: add half of the flour and stir.

Step 6: stir to form a pastry.

Step 7: beat an egg and mix well.

Step 8: add flour, a little water and stir.

Step 9: knead into dough and wake up for a while.

Step 10: when the pork in the oven is ready, take it out of the oven.

Step 11: place it for a while and cut it into small pieces.

Step 12: add a small amount of honey and 30g barbecue sauce, stir well.

Step 13: divide the pastry and dough into equal size, equal number of small pieces.

Step 14: flatten the small pieces separately, put the dough below and the pastry on top, and freeze for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 15: after 10 minutes, remove.

Step 16: take one of them and fold it three times.

Step 17: take the rolling pin and roll it flat.

Step 18: fold three more times, roll flat, repeat about three times.

Step 19: roll the dough into a square for the last time.

Step 20: pack in the pork stuffing.

Step 21: squeeze diagonally into a triangle with the meat filling at the bottom.

Step 22: after each one is kneaded, put it into the baking tray and brush the surface with egg liquid.

Step 23: Sprinkle sesame seeds again, put them in the oven, bake at 400 ℃ for 20 minutes, turn them over in the middle, and heat them evenly.
