Production steps:
Step 1: wash mung bean sprouts and drain.
Step 2: boil water in the pot, turn off the heat after boiling, pour in mung bean sprouts, stir and drain.
Step 3: Chop shallot, garlic and millet pepper.
Step 4: add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and stir well.

Millet pepper: 2
Vinegar: 20ml
Chicken essence: a little
Soy sauce: 10ml
Sesame oil: 10ml
Note: don't blanch bean sprouts too much.
