Braised shrimp

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the prawns.

Step 2: heat a small amount of oil in the pan, pour in the prawns and fry them over low heat.

Step 3: fry until both sides change color, then set aside.

Step 4: cut the scallion into sections and shred the ginger.

Step 5: heat the oil pan, add shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 6: pour in the fried prawns and stir fry.

Step 7: add salt, cooking wine and soy sauce and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.

Step 8: pie plate, sprinkle with Scallion section, pour the remaining soup on anything.

Materials required:

Prawn: 250g

Ginger: 3 slices

Chives: 4

Cooking wine: 30ml

Edible oil: 50ml

Salt: 3G

Soy sauce: 2ml

Note: don't fry the shrimp too hot, just change color on both sides.
