Production steps:

Step 1: wash red beans and soak them in water for at least 5 hours.

Step 2: wash the wheat kernel and soak it in water for 40 minutes.

Step 3: wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 40 minutes.

Step 4: put the three materials into the pot and bring to a boil.

Step 5: turn down the heat, cover and cook for 50 minutes, then turn off the heat. (stir with a spoon from time to time to avoid sticking)

Red beans: 50g

MaiRen: 50g

Water: 1000ml

Note: if you use pressure cooker porridge, red beans do not have to soak so long.
