Hot and sour -- stir fried tea tree mushroom with Chinese Cabbage

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the Agrocybe aegerita, pinch it into short pieces, and drip dry the water. Wash and shred Chinese cabbage. Wash the scallions and cut the flowers. Cut the ginger into shreds and cut the dried chili into shreds.
