Production steps:
Step 1: peel and dice the wax gourd, dice the ham, peel and slice the ginger, cut the scallion into sections, and fry the peanuts.
Step 2: add water to the skillet, add a small amount of edible oil and salt when the water boils, pour in wax gourd, blanch until it is broken, take out and drain.
