Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: Pleurotus eryngii, Lentinus edodes.
Step 2: slice Pleurotus eryngii and Lentinus edodes separately.
Step 3: slice the lean meat and size it with salt and flour.
Step 4: heat the oil in a pan, add the sliced meat and stir fry until it's raw. Set aside.

Note: Pleurotus eryngii, mushroom itself is very fresh, with oyster sauce do not need to add chicken essence.
