Production steps:
Step 1: make glutinous rice into mash.
Step 2: wash the sesame, blow dry the water, stir fry the sesame in the pot, and beat it into fine powder with a pulverizer.
Step 3: chop the walnuts and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: wash the wolfberry, blow dry the water and set aside.
Step 5: wash the jujube, remove the kernel, blow dry the water, and dice it for later use.
Step 6: cut brown sugar into small pieces and set aside.
Step 7: wash the fresh pork liver oil, tear off the skin and dice it.
Step 8: after cooking lard, remove the oil residue, add mash and rock sugar, evaporate part of the water in the mash, add red jujube, sesame, walnut and brown sugar in turn, boil for another 10 minutes, and finally add Lycium barbarum and turn off the heat.
Step 9: after the oil mash in the pot is completely cooled, it can be put into a clean sealed container and stored in the refrigerator.

Medlar: 3 Liang

Brown sugar: 2 jin
