Production steps:
Step 1: pork ribs, garlic barbecue sauce, Japanese zhaoshao sauce, scallion, ginger, five spice powder, maltose, rice wine, starch, soda, sweet pepper powder.
Step 2: put 2G baking soda into the spareribs, add a little water, and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3: marinate the spareribs with soda for one hour, rinse them with water repeatedly.
Step 4: wash the spareribs and marinate them formally. First add five spice powder, scallion, ginger, maltose and rice wine.
Step 5: add Japanese zhaoshao sauce and garlic barbecue sauce to the ribs.
Step 6: put in the sweet pepper powder and dry starch, put the seasoning, grasp the spareribs by hand repeatedly, cover with plastic film and marinate for 3-4 hours.
Step 7: after marinating the ribs, string the ribs with two steel rods and put them on the grill.
Step 8: set the oven to 220 degrees, preheat for 5-10 minutes, then put the grill into the middle layer of the oven, and bake with the temperature of 220 degrees.
Step 9: take out the spareribs after baking for 10 minutes, and apply the marinade on the spareribs with a brush.
Step 10: put it into the oven again and continue to bake. Bake again for about 20 minutes and then take it out (bake for about 25-30 minutes).
