Production steps:

The first step: mix the flour and salt together, then stir the butter and sugar at room temperature to the blender and fluffy, add egg and vanilla flavor until smooth.

Step 2: turn the blender to low speed, add flour, until the flour is just mixed, do not stir too long.

Step 3: take out the mixture, put it on the table and knead it until smooth.

Step 4: take part of the dough about the size of a walnut and use it to make rabbit ears. Add the color to the dough and dip it into the toothpick. This step had better not rub in the light color tabletop, I knead in the basin.

Step 5: the soft and hard dough is just right. If it's too soft, put it in the refrigerator for one hour and take it out. Take one scoop of unstained dough and knead it into water drop or pear shape to make rabbit body. When it's all done, do the ears. Take a little bit of red, press with thumb and index finger, shape, carefully put on the rabbit's head, press gently, and then press out a slot with toothpick, repeat this step until all operations are completed. Finally, decorate your eyes with black sesame.

Step 6: preheat the oven at 350f / 180C, put the biscuits on the baking tray with baking paper, bake them in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or the bottom is a little golden, and the top is not golden.

Note: 1. This biscuit is a very simple biscuit. If you don't want to make a three-dimensional rabbit, you can roll it into a thin crust and press it with a mold. The baking time will be reduced accordingly. I baked this for 8 minutes. The finished product is not photographed. 2. Use paste for edible pigment. I think paste is easier to color.
