Production steps:
Step 1: knead flour, yeast, oil, sugar, salt and water into a smooth dough.
Step 2: cover with plastic film and put it in the pot (there is no water in the pot). Turn on the fire for 1 minute. Turn off the fire and cover the lid to make the dough ferment to twice the size.

Step 14: fold in the middle and leave a hole in the corner.
Step 15 is just the same as the Porphyra roll: change the golden foreskin for the eggs.

Note: when making gold roll, the dough should not be spread too thin. The technique should be light, and the noodles can't be pressed after being rolled into strips, otherwise it's difficult to start noodles.
