Steamed Perch

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: clean the perch and put a knife on both sides of the fish.

Step 2: evenly spread appropriate amount of salt and MSG on the fish.

Step 3: put the ginger (sliced or shredded) and onion (sliced) on both sides of the fish and in the belly.

Step 4: drizzle with proper amount of steamed fish, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Step 5: sprinkle a proper amount of Douchi on the fish

Step 6: after the water rises, put it into the pot and steam for about 10 minutes.

Materials required:

Bass: moderate

Scallion: right amount

Douchi: right amount

Salt: right amount

MSG: right amount

Lee Kam Kee steamed fish soy sauce: right amount

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Note: I don't like cooking wine. If you have friends who are used to cooking wine, you can use proper amount of cooking wine before the second step.
