Production steps:

Step 1: soak kidney beans for 8 hours, cook for 1.5 hours, rake soft and drain. I usually soak it before I go to bed the night before, and I can cook it when I get up the next day.

Step 2: clean the Yinmi, add appropriate amount of water, the water should not exceed the Yinmi, look at the picture, only a little water can be seen on the edge, steam for 10 minutes.

Step 3: heat a small piece of solid butter in the microwave oven. According to my preference, my taste is light, so I don't put much oil.

Step 4: take the steamed Yin rice out of the pot, add oil, raisins, kidney beans and sugar, mix well. At this time, don't add too much sugar, just a little sweet, because you will add bean paste later, which is very sweet.

Step 5: take a large bowl, spread some butter around, and set the shape at the bottom.

Step 6: add the rice in the mixing bowl and compact it.

Step 7: finally, lay a layer of bean paste on the surface of the rice and steam for 10 minutes. If there is no bean paste, put more sugar in the previous step.
