Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the leaves of water celery, wash and cut into sections for later use.
Step 2: dry clean the ginger and cut into strips.
Step 3: heat the pan, add oil and saute the ginger powder.
Step 4: pour in water celery and stir fry over high heat.
Step 5: fry for about 1 minute until discolored.
Step 6: pour in dried incense and stir fry together for about 1 minute.
Step 7: pour in a little soy sauce, about 1 teaspoon, and season with salt and chicken essence.
