Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: all materials: two pieces of rice flour, one egg, 30g ham, half carrot, two green onions and three cabbage stalks.

Step 2: soak the rice noodles in warm water.

Step 3: cut cabbage, carrot and ham into shreds. Cut scallion into sections and set aside.

Step 4: add a little salt to the egg and stir it up.

Step 5: put oil in the pan. Add some scallion and saute in the pan. Then add ham and fry until fragrant. Set aside.

Step 6: slide the eggs out of the pan with the oil.
