Sauteed pork bun with sauerkraut and diced bamboo shoots
Introduction:
"A delicious bun"
Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing.
Step 2: dice all the ingredients, separate the lean and fat meat, mix the lean meat with onion and ginger.
Step 3: stir fry Diced Pork with a little oil to form oil residue. I don't eat fat meat, so it's made into oil residue. If I like fat meat, I'll fry it for a while.
Step 4: pour in the lean meat, stir fry, add sugar.
Step 5: pour in carrots and sauerkraut, because it's better to fry carrot oil. Saute the cabbage in oil.
Step 6: pour in other ingredients, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, five spice powder, stir fry well, cook for five minutes (do not put water, the stuffing will come out of water).
Step 7: wrap the steamed buns, wake up for 30 minutes, then steam them.
