Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: squid, fish and tofu.

Step 2: green and red pepper, Pleurotus eryngii, celery.

Step 3: green onion, ginger and dried pepper.

Step 4: slicing Pleurotus eryngii and sweet pepper, slicing celery, slicing ginger and scallion, slicing dry pepper.

Step 5: cut squid into rings, add cooking wine, seafood sauce and ginger, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 6: put a little oil in the pot, heat the oil, stir fry the Pleurotus eryngii until it is soft, and serve.

Step 7: wash the pan and put it on the fire. Add a small amount of oil and heat it to 50% heat. Add pepper, dried pepper and shredded ginger and garlic in turn. Stir fry until fragrant.

Step 8: stir fry the squid.

Step 9: add green and red pepper, celery, fish and tofu and stir fry.

Step 10: finally, add the Pleurotus eryngii, stir fry in oyster sauce and soy sauce, and pour the squid ring into the dry pan.

Seafood sauce: 1 tbsp

Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp

Raw soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Scallion: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Note: seafood sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce are salty, salt should be appropriate.
