Production steps:
Step 1: (1) chop pork tenderloin into minced meat, cut ginger slices into foam, pour in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp sesame oil, stir and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: 2) smash the tofu by hand and put it into the marinated minced meat. Stir well and set aside.
Step 3: 3) wash the eggplant with water, remove the head and tail, cut it once and cut it a second time at the same distance, but don't cut it off. As shown in the figure.
Step 4: (4) put the meat in the eggplant box.
Step 5: (5) the key step: pour baking soda into low gluten flour, add 1 teaspoon salt, then add an egg, pour in ice beer and stir to make a thick paste.
