Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: a kilo of quail eggs.

Step 2: a small bag of Wang Shouyi's bittern.

Step 3: there are two small bags in one bag.

Step 4: cook the quail eggs in the pan for about 15 minutes.

Step 5: cook.

Step 6: after cooking, remove and soak in cold water for a while.

Step 7: break the quail eggs one by one and soak them for a while.

Step 8: the goal is to make shelling easier.

Step 9: put a small bag of marinated material into the pot and boil it in boiling water for about 10 minutes, let the marinated material out fully, and pour all the peeled quail eggs into the pot.

Step 10: add soy sauce, salt (can put more), a small amount of sugar or brown sugar, boil for about 40 minutes.

Wang Shouyi: a small bag

Old style: moderate

White sugar: or brown sugar

Salt: right amount

Note: if you want to taste better, you can also soak it in brine for a few hours before eating. If you have a sore throat, you can also eat it directly. (I cooked and tasted several of them. If they were not enough, I added some salt.)
