Ginger slices: how many (shredded ginger is leftover from another dish, so it's added in)

Curry: 1 piece (missed shooting, only 1 piece at home, so I only put 1 piece. I think it's better to put 2 or 3 pieces. Curry juice can better wrap crabs)

Cooking wine: moderate

Salt: right amount

Oil: right amount
