Introduction:

Put proper amount of water in the pot to boil, add shredded carrots, cover the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then pour in shredded sweet pepper, make it cook together with shredded carrots until it is 7 to 8 mature (not too standard, probably, but not 10 mature), then remove and set aside. Fried eggs (I've uploaded the finished picture), and then shredded. After boiling, add oil, then add shredded meat, stir fry a few times, add peanuts, then add a few spoonfuls of water and a little seasoning (soy sauce, salt, etc.) to simmer until eight mature, add shrimps, stir fry, then add the above shredded sweet pepper and carrot, then add the remaining seasoning, stir fry again, add shredded egg before turning off the heat, stir fry a few times, then turn off the heat. Note: seasoning must be added in batches!!! You can put all the seasonings in a small bowl, and then take out the seasonings from the bowl and add them in
Production steps:
