Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash all materials and set aside.
Step 2: cut tofu into cubes and set aside.
Step 3: cut onion and garlic seedling, slice pepper and garlic.
Step 4: put oil in the hot pot, pour in the tofu, and quickly spread it out.
Step 5: turn it over when one side is golden.
Step 6: take out the fried tofu and drain the oil.
Step 7: leave oil in the pan, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 8: add bean curd, garlic sprouts, scallion root, pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, stir fry.
Step 9: add a small amount of boiling water, salt, chicken essence, garlic leaves and scallion leaves, stir fry for a while. Out of the pot.
Step 10: home style tofu is on the table!
Materials required:
Tofu: 500g
Garlic sprouts: 2
Scallion: 1
Garlic cloves: 4
Pepper: 1
Oil: 200g
Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon
Raw soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 tbsp
Chicken essence: 1 teaspoon
Boiling water: 50ml
Note: 1, deep fried bean curd oil to more fire to be more good to fry. 2. When frying tofu, the pot must be leveled immediately, otherwise it will be difficult to make it stick to the pot for a long time. 3. Tofu can't be cut too thin or too thick. 0.5cm thick is suitable. The fried tofu is crisp outside and tender inside. It tastes very good.
