Bean curd is cooked and can be eaten directly, but for the sake of hygiene, it's better to steam it for a few minutes. 3. Pixian Douban sauce is salty, so you don't need to put too much salt when frying meat stuffing, or try salty, if the taste is right, you can omit salt. 4. Just add a little oyster sauce.
