Introduction:

"When I'm free today, I'll pick out one of my favorite snacks and introduce it to my friends for your reference! My favorite is "mixed meatball soup powder". Meatballs are not made by ourselves, but semi-finished products bought from supermarkets. They taste elastic and delicious! There are chicken balls, shrimp balls, fish balls and beef balls. Last time I counted in the supermarket, at least not less than 30 kinds, I always buy assorted, that is, I want some of everything, which is convenient to use. It's good to bring home a bowl of boiled rice noodles. Sometimes happy also can make rice noodles by oneself, that makes the soup noodles and dry is not the same. Let's have a homemade vermicelli today

Production steps:

Step 1: 60g rice, 100ml water, (for the stirring method of rice paste, please refer to my diary "the method of fresh shrimp intestines powder") 100g assorted meatballs, 1 coriander, 1 chive, a little chicken powder, 1g salt, and an appropriate amount of pepper.

Step 2: cut coriander and scallion into small pieces.

Step 3: apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the metal plate.

Step 4: mix the rice paste evenly.

Step 5: pour into plate and shake flat.

Step 6: steam for 1 minute.

Step 7: take out and peel off the rice.

Step 8: put the assorted meatballs in the pot and boil with water for 5 minutes.

Step 9: let it cool.

Step 10: fold the dried rice noodles and cut into strips.

Step 11: put it in a bowl.

Step 12: salt for meatball soup.

Step 13: chicken powder.

Step 14: season with pepper.

Step 15: then blanch the rice noodles in the subcutaneous pan. Sprinkle coriander and chive on the rice noodles to eat.

Materials required:

Rice: 60g

Assorted meatballs: 100g

Coriander: 1

Water: 100ml

Chives: 1

Salt: 1g

Chicken powder: a little

Pepper: right amount

Note: features: clear color, smooth taste, delicious taste, rich nutrition. Warm tips: 1. It's OK to buy ready-made rice noodle skin in the supermarket, but don't overcook it. If it's rotten, it's not delicious. If you have time, it's better to make it by yourself. 2.
