Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: soak the peanuts in cold water overnight (you will find that the peanuts are getting fat when you get up in the morning)

Step 2: boil water over high heat, add celery and carrots and blanch them. Remove and cool with cold water

Step 3: Boil the peanuts in the raw water, add some green onion, ginger and soy sauce, (no salt) and cook for about 5 or 6 minutes (like soft cooking for about 10 minutes, for the elderly and children, hahaha)

Step 4: take out the peanuts, mix with salt (less), sugar (less, can not put); celery, carrots, OK!

Peanuts: right amount

Celery: moderate

Carrot: right amount

Scallion: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Large material: moderate amount

Salt: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Note: do not put salt when boiling, and put it after boiling out
