Douchi tofu box!

Production steps:
Step 1: after the tofu is cut into large pieces, use a knife in the middle to make a small square!
Then dig out the middle of the tofu, each size is uniform, do not dig through the tofu.
Step 2: cut celery into small pieces, egg white, pork stuffing, tofu, salt and a little pepper, then stir well.
Step 3: sprinkle a little salt in the tofu box and put in a few pieces of Douchi, then brew in the well stirred stuffing.
Step 4: steam in a pot (about 8 minutes after boiling), and add shredded green onion.
Step 5: finally, heat a little vegetable oil in the pot, stir in Douchi and pour it on the tofu box.
Materials required:
Tofu: a box
Pork stuffing: 50g
Celery: two small roots
Egg white: one
Scallion white: a paragraph
Douchi: 20g
Salt: right amount
White pepper: right amount
Note: large pieces of tofu have no taste. Sprinkle a little salt on tofu!
