Step 3: after peeling garlic, press it into mashed garlic with garlic press. Stir rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil well, pour them into spinach and vermicelli, then stir well. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds before eating, it tastes better.
