Production steps:
Step 1: wash the lettuce and drain. Mash tofu into mud, add egg, salt and monosodium glutamate, mix well. Mince ginger and garlic.
Step 2: add oil and heat to the frying pan, stir fry the lettuce, add salt, and put it on the plate.
Step 3: heat up the frying pan with oil, saute the ginger and garlic, add the bean curd mud, cook it over low heat until the bean curd mud thickens, pour it on the lettuce, and then sprinkle with diced ham.

Sauerkraut: 300g
Tofu: 100g
Egg: 1
Diced ham: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 3 cloves
Ginger: 2 tablets
Salt: right amount
MSG: right amount
Note: because tofu with eggs, can not add MSG, taste as delicious. You can discard the fried ginger and garlic.
