Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak ribs in salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
Step 2: break the eggs.
Step 3: pour in the ribs.
Step 4: add proper amount of starch and flour.
Step 5: then put some flour in a small bowl and coat the spareribs with flour.
Step 6: deep fry 70% hot oil into golden yellow.
Step 7: take out the spare.
Step 8: sweet and sour juice mixed with sugar, vinegar and warm water
Step 9: tomato sauce

Tomato sauce: 30ml
Note: when adding vinegar to spare ribs, calcium and magnesium can be easily resolved under acidic conditions.
