Old duck and soybean soup

Old duck and soybean soup

Introduction:

"This Lycium barbarum soup is rich in protein, Yuyin, red dates, and nourishing, but it's very nutritious."

Production steps:

Step 1: this kind of casserole is used to make soup and meat in my family. It uses gas as well as electricity. Using casserole can keep the original flavor of meat and soup to the maximum extent.

Step 2: clean up the duck meat (all the ducks here are hand slaughtered, with a lot of hair, so be careful to clean them), and chop them into pieces for later use.

Step 3: Chop pig bones (spare ribs are OK, it's better to use thinner ones, so the soup is lighter)

Step 4: ingredients include soybeans (I choose local small soybeans, of course, other soybeans are OK), red dates, wolfberry, ginger and wine.

Step 5: soak soybeans in water for an hour.

Step 6: put the material into the casserole (wolfberry is put in two minutes before turning off the heat)

Step 7: turn the high heat to low heat and simmer slowly for an hour and a half. Now I can smell the fragrance. I want to cover the lid and cook.

Materials required:

Old duck: 500g

Pig bone: 200g

Soybean: 100g

Red dates: Ten

Wolfberry: moderate

Jiang: one piece

Wine: a spoonful

Note: the length of cooking time can be controlled by yourself, too old ducks can cook longer. Wolfberry must be put out two minutes before the fire is turned off

Production difficulty: simple

Process: simmer

Production time: several hours

Taste: salty and fresh
